Southdown Local Area Plan - City Initiated Official Plan Amendment - Public Meeting

On December 7, 2020 we will present a recommendation report to the Planning and Development Committee (PDC) to consider a proposed policy requiring a completed Air Quality Study to help determine if land use changes (such as residential) are appropriate on lands within the Southdown Employment Area and Clarkson GO Major Transit Station Area (once delineated). This is a public meeting and PDC will make a decision about this proposal at this meeting.

The statutory public meeting was held on October 19, 2020 .
