Southdown Local Area Plan – Public Meeting

As a part of the directions received from Council on June 17^th 2020, City staff will present a draft Official Plan amendment for the Southdown Employment Area at a public meeting on October 19, 2020.

The proposed Official Plan amendment will require a completed Air Quality Study to help determine if land use changes (such as residential) are appropriate.
