Report: Official Plan Review – Scope of Work for Increasing Housing Choices in Mississauga’s Neighbourhoods Study
The City’s is undertaking a study for how to accommodate more housing choices in Mississauga’s neighbourhoods. This study was launched through a report to the City’s Planning and Development Committee. The report describes why the study is needed and its process.
This study will allow the City to support good housing planning, including Mississauga’s ‘Making Room for the Middle’ strategy, which aims to provide housing options between single-detached homes and high-rise apartments – something that people want but the housing market is currently not delivering.
