The City is working on improving Elmcreek Park(External link)to better serve the community and provide new and improved features for residents and visitors. These enhancements include: a barrier-free playground to replace the current one, shaded seating areas with umbrella tables, a beach volleyball court, an upgraded basketball court, fitness stations, a natural ice rink, an improved spray pad, and a community plaza.
As part of these upgrades, the public art program invited three professional artists to submit proposals for the design of the new and improved basketball court!

We are excited to announcement that ON AIR by Sloan Brown is the winning design for the new, outdoor basketball court at the Malton Community Centre!
